Ingredients
  1. 1 handful each; salad greens, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes
  2. 1 ripe avocado; peeled and sliced
  3. 1/2 cup cooked black beans
  4. 1 inch square piece of feta cheese diced
  5. 2 tbsp pepitas (raw pumpkin seeds)
  6. 1/3 cup salsa
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to your bowl/plate and use the salsa as your dressing.
  2. So yummy!!
