Overnight Oats

Having breakfast already made for you when you wake up in the morning is amazing! This recipe just takes a minute to get ready the night before and voila -breakfast! Play around with the amounts of ingredients and different combinations. The possibilities are endless!
These are the things I used for this recipe:
1/2 cup Old-fashioned Rolled Oats
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Organic Vanilla Yogurt or Homemade Crockpot Yogurt
1/4 cup milk (optional)
1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
1 tsp Maple Syrup
1tbsp cocoa
1/4 frozen Blueberries
Mason jar size of your choice

Overnight Oats Ingredients

Put all ingredients in your mason jar. I only put the cocoa and peanut butter in one of the jars in this picture.

Put the lid on and shake it up!

Overnight Oats Shaken

Put in the fridge overnight. The oats and chia seeds will absorb most of the liquid and be nice and thick in the morning. I have also made this in the early morning and enjoyed for lunch!

Overnight Oats mixed

If it is too thick for your liking, just add a little milk to the mixture before you put it in the fridge at night.

Some other things you can add:
– Any berries
– Bananas
– Honey
– Vanilla Beans or Extract
– Almonds
– Hemp seeds
