Ingredients
  1. 2 ripe avocados
  2. 1/2 cup milk
  3. 1 scoop Isagenix French Vanilla IsaLean meal replacement protein shake*
  4. 1 tsp honey
  5. 2 tsp chia seeds
  6. 2 tsp cocoa powder
  7. A couple quirts lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add more milk if necessary.
  3. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve!
Notes
  1. *You could use chocolate protein powder instead of vanilla and omit the cocoa powder
